Finding You Again
Seven nights to step away from everyday life — surrounded by beautiful countryside, creativity, healing, friendship and Spirit.
An invitation
Life can become very full.
Work, family, responsibilities and the needs of other people can gradually take up so much space that we forget to make room for ourselves.
Retreat for the Soul has been created as a chance to step away for a while. Not to become someone different.
Simply to reconnect with the person underneath everything else.

The rhythm of the week
There will be time to learn, create, explore and connect — and time to rest. Some moments shared as a group. Some spent walking through the gardens, talking over a cup of tea, sitting quietly, laughing, or simply enjoying being away from everyday life.
It has been designed to give you room to breathe.
5–12 June 2027
Classes begin from 9:30 am to 6 pm, with an optional evening class after dinner for those who wish to participate — without pressure.
Gently guided
Your spiritual retreat — with classes you can choose to attend
Gentle practices to ground, stretch and uplift.
Time to reset your energy and settle into stillness.
Rhythm, intention, connection and shared experience.
Space to restore, reflect and reconnect.
Build trust in your own natural awareness and intuition.
Learn, practise and explore connection with Spirit in a supportive environment.
Creative expression without pressure or expectation. Creating the inner healing of restoration.
A gentle invitation to pause, remember who you are and begin again.
A talk on discovering and trusting your own natural mediumistic style.
No previous art experience required. Learn to capture the memories.
We take pride knowing our guests have their own spiritual business, and use this time to share and network.
Opportunity to book a private reading with each host (limited availability).
Experience self-healing, realignment, and release through the gentle power of spoken intention, mantra, and heart-led words.
A private evening ceremony for the group: release, gratitude and setting intentions for the path ahead.
We bring a range of different spiritual modalities for you to try. Some mornings you may decide to take a stroll, others you may choose to attend a class. We believe meditation does not always need to be sitting with palms up. We believe you can evoke a meditative state through art, walking, or writing.
A gentle shape to each day
Gentle movement, breakfast and a morning session — or a peaceful walk to the village instead.
Creative or spiritual development, an excursion, or simply time for yourself. Rest in the gardens, look up at the sky and feel at one with the divine.
Dinner together, reflection, sound, ceremony or relaxed connection. Take an early night, or enjoy a night out in the local village.
The final programme may vary. There will be space throughout the week to rest, explore and enjoy your surroundings.

Day Students Welcome
We are happy to welcome a small number of day students on Wednesday and Thursday of the retreat.
The day course fee includes entrance from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with refreshments and lunch provided.
Day-student places must be booked at least four weeks before the retreat begins, and acceptance is at the discretion of the organisers.
Because the retreat is kept intentionally intimate, spaces are subject to availability. We recommend registering early so we can confirm your place.
A wonderful way to experience the retreat if you are local or staying nearby.
The retreat house
Your retreat home is a beautiful historic country house set within approximately five acres of peaceful Somerset grounds.
Generous shared spaces, period character, panelled halls, log fires, beautiful gardens and plenty of quiet corners in which to rest and recharge.
