Retreat for
the Soul

Finding You Again

Seven nights to step away from everyday life — surrounded by beautiful countryside, creativity, healing, friendship and Spirit.

  • 7 Nights in Somerset
  • Intimate Group
  • Private Chef
  • Optional Sacred Excursions
  • Historic Country Estate

An invitation

Perhaps it is time to give something back to yourself.

Life can become very full.

Work, family, responsibilities and the needs of other people can gradually take up so much space that we forget to make room for ourselves.

Retreat for the Soul has been created as a chance to step away for a while. Not to become someone different.

Simply to reconnect with the person underneath everything else.

The rhythm of the week

A Week Created Around You

There will be time to learn, create, explore and connect — and time to rest. Some moments shared as a group. Some spent walking through the gardens, talking over a cup of tea, sitting quietly, laughing, or simply enjoying being away from everyday life.

It has been designed to give you room to breathe.

5–12 June 2027

Classes begin from 9:30 am to 6 pm, with an optional evening class after dinner for those who wish to participate — without pressure.

We bring a range of different spiritual modalities for you to try. Some mornings you may decide to take a stroll, others you may choose to attend a class. We believe meditation does not always need to be sitting with palms up. We believe you can evoke a meditative state through art, walking, or writing.

A gentle shape to each day

Your Week Has Space to Breathe

  1. Morning

Gentle movement, breakfast and a morning session — or a peaceful walk to the village instead.

  2. Afternoon

Creative or spiritual development, an excursion, or simply time for yourself. Rest in the gardens, look up at the sky and feel at one with the divine.

  3. Evening

Dinner together, reflection, sound, ceremony or relaxed connection. Take an early night, or enjoy a night out in the local village.

The final programme may vary. There will be space throughout the week to rest, explore and enjoy your surroundings.

Day Students Welcome

Join Us for a Day

We are happy to welcome a small number of day students on Wednesday and Thursday of the retreat.

The day course fee includes entrance from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with refreshments and lunch provided.

Day-student places must be booked at least four weeks before the retreat begins, and acceptance is at the discretion of the organisers.

Because the retreat is kept intentionally intimate, spaces are subject to availability. We recommend registering early so we can confirm your place.
