This privacy notice explains how information is collected and used when you visit the Retreat for the Soul website or submit a retreat enquiry.

The retreat is organised and hosted by The Spiritual Blacksmith and Anne-Marie Bond.

When you submit a retreat enquiry through the contact form, we may receive the following information:

- How you would like to attend (full residential retreat or day student)
- Room preference, if you are enquiring about residential attendance
- Any dietary or accessibility needs you choose to share
- The topics you are interested in hearing about
- Any other information you voluntarily include in your message
You are free to decide how much information to share. We only ask for what is reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry.
Why information is used
We use the information you provide for purposes such as:
- Responding to your retreat enquiry
- Providing retreat information and answering your questions
- Discussing availability and room options
- Communicating with you as a prospective attendee
- Administering a booking if you later decide to attend
- Sending necessary retreat-related communication
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We will only use your information to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to attend, to communicate with you about the retreat.
Enquiry submissions are sent securely through the website's transactional email system to the retreat organiser's designated inbox. We handle your email address carefully and do not use it for anything beyond the purposes described above.
